DESCRIPTION

Grillo is a wine with a strong Sicilian connotation and distin- ct personality. It is an immedia- te pleasure for the palate. The

Flavor and the minerality of this wine are the result of the genetic wealth of the production area and of the proximity of the sea that s the evolution.

It is a wine with a soft colour, a sort of straw yellow with gre- en highlights. It is distinguished by its complexity and aromatic richness, ranging from al

flavor (jasmine, broom) to the fresh notes of citrus due to grapefruit. For our taste it presents a good structure, ne and elegant, but also integrated with a good and a remarkable sourness. The notes of citrus are evident for our taste and persist for a long time.
