Description: straw yellow, elegant fruity notes of peach and flowers such as wisteria and broom. Dry palate, round, with a citrusy acidity that makes it particularly pleasant. Long citrusy finish.
Food pairings: Minutolo Igt Salento can have a wide range of pairings, from seafood starters and pasta courses, to fish main courses and white meat.
